Emptiness Echoed Through Heart..!
The sudden or premature loss of a loved one ranks as one of the most prevalent & distressing traumatic experiences for Americans, often considered the most devastating event in their lives. The profound impact of this loss remains largely concealed due to insufficient awareness & a lack of government tracking. CDC compiles data on mortality, they do not document the effects on surviving family & friends, nor the enduring consequences for those left grieving. It can be inferred that the incidence of bereavement is substantial due to the “multiplier effect.” This phenomenon means that for every individual who passes away, numerous others are affected. With each COVID-19 fatality, approximately 9 Americans endure the loss of a grandparent, parent, sibling, spouse, or child, underscoring the widespread impact of bereavement.
