I love her approach in dealing with clients, she’s very friendly and approachable and it did not take me more than a session to be comfortable with her and be able to talk about how I am feeling. I also love how she takes you along the process of discovering what you are feeling and why, I always felt the sense of transparency and I think that has contributed a lot to our Client-Therapist relationship. When you are having a session with her you can feel that she truly cares about you and your mental health and is willing to use all the resources to help you in the best way possible.
I saw a fantastic therapist in Sameera ji who provided a really welcoming and constructive environment for us to work together on my issues. She helped me identify my own issues, and also get over real hurdles in my life. She also has a very unique way of empathising with clients - it was not difficult at all to really get her to understand what I was going through, she made it so seamless! Through the excellent help from my therapist it is now possible for me to have a different and healthier approach to various situations. I connected with Sameera 7 months ago and during the first session itself I felt a connect. I could rely on her and she has been counselling me brilliantly through my hard time. She has a way of doing things which makes the whole experience so personal and I can feel that she invested in me being well. Over past 7 months I have made real progress, I have been able to get closure on so many problems I was facing probably since childhood. All the sessions were very insightful. I got to learn a tons of things from Sameera Ma’am. Her teaching method and practical approach helped me learn alot of things through practical application like forming the scripts and self hypnosis. I would love to be a part of any other courses or workshops that she conducts. I would rate my overall experience 4.5/5.
